Abuse comes in many shapes and forms.  Physical or mental doesn't matter.  Abuse hurts.  Women and children and even some men who are abused by the people they love deserve to be helped and protected.  But usually the shame of it is so severe that they that don't tell anyone....  They cry alone.  This song hits my heart strings every time and makes me thankful that I have a man in my life and people in my life who treat me well.
