I loved this song when it first came out.  It really makes you think of the state of the world today.  The poverty and hunger that some people suffer from while others are making billions of dollars.  It hardly seems fair that while some children die of hunger and disease others are driving around on quads at the age of five and have trust funds that could feed a small country.  Do you want your child to be one of the sufferers... now as a child, or even later when they are grown?  It's time to make a change.
